Boots
The boot is a box that you extrude as in an image below.

Now move the vertex to give more reality to the boot, select the base of the boot, in sub-object mode faces, and extrude it, then apply the mesh smooth to the object

Use the segment of extremities and increase the “crease” to 1, now apply the map (look at the maps enclosed at the end of this article).

Goggles
Create a spline like the one in picture below and move the vertex to have that shape, go to sub object mode and change the vertex to bezier , move the control point like on image.
