Subdivision Modeling a Head in LW

Select those polys and spin them around once, the result will look like this:

As you can see now I have a very good starting point for the side part of the nose just select the lower poly and smooth shift it out 1 time. Not very nice but select the next 2 polys and spin them around again:

  

Much better now here the result and the last spin as well:
