Methods to hide mesh seams in realtime engines
Working on graphics for realtime engines usually requires some level of optimisation. One trick often used is to make the camera only draw what it sees in it's field of view at any given time. This is done by cutting the scene into separate objects which we will explore in this article and how to avoid caveats during cutting large meshes.

The making of 'Afrika Korps' cinematics
The real-time strategy game 'Desert Rats vs. Afrika Korps' from Digital Reality has been released for the PC in Europe and the U.S. through the spring. We've been contacted in the spring of 2003 for a contract to produce various cinematics for the game. The task consisted of short campaign intro and outro movies; and a longer story intro featuring the game's hero characters.
This article will discuss the tools and methods that we used to produce more than 3 minutes of 3D animation for the game.

"Back to Gaya" - the first CG Feature Film from Germany
