Now, the good stuff - the water material. There's nothing to it really! It was made with a raygun material but it could be done with a raytrace one. I made a noise bump map with 3 units in size and fractal setting and the shininess and glossiness you can see in the picture.

Enough with the texturing. Off to the Beans...

I made a capsule with 5 height segments and then bended it a bit. I collapsed the stack to an edit mesh and from the side view I extruded the faces were I wanted the arms to be, resulting in the body itself.
Then I assigned meshsmooth. The eyes are simple spheres with some eye texture in it and were attached to the mesh without changing materials. The gloves are the same spheres with the vertices pulled to the inside to make the hand curvature.

The diferent pose of each bean was achieved by making a bone system and assigning a skin modifier to the bean so that I could easily make him pose in any way. The diferent accessories were made with simple objects like cylinders for the binoculars and the stairs and a hemisphere for the firebean helmet.
The Baywatch-like rescue object was made from a box and the face extruded to the final shape.
That's about it to say about the little ones. So then i made the tower watch. This was very quick and easy job, just a couple of boxes forming a house and one box for the window and another for the door.

I went to making the walls at the back. They are simple planes with some texture reflecting the whole scene. I added a red ligh below it excluding all the rest and a blue one above just for the "Drama" effect (hehehe).

After that I made the spices rack you can see at the side where one bean is standing with binoculars.
The wood support was just a few boxes and the packets are planes with scanned textures of spices from where I live, Portugal, so dont think that the letters are backwards - you just don't understand them. :)
I just thought it would give a bit of realism and depth to the whole scene, don't you?
