After the body model was done, I did the UV mapping and began to paint the textures in photoshop. I used different ID's for each body part...head, body front, body back, arm, hand. The socks and the shoes were done later. The textures were done in 2k resolution. (Except the iris...1k)
I made the bump and speculars maps using these textures by adjusting the contrast and color. Here is a wip render. (Standard scanline, 1 light).
