Separate elements of the character are made from primitives too. The Boots from a box; the helmet from a sphere; the hand from a cylinder.

The jacket became the most difficult part and this part took the most time to model.

Beside that, jacket should be two-sided. Actually, it is quite easy to model two-sided objects that have some thickness.
