Shhh...The Cpu is Cooling...
Vantec sets up to take the crown...the crown of heatsink performance, with their new VP4-C7040 P4 Cooler, using a YS-TECH TMD fan. Quiet, and extremely powerful, this fan actually makes it into the top three spot of's heatsink ratings system. (And there's is one of the best I've seen)
