3DLuVr in danger

Unfortunatelly I've got some very bad news (which I really did not need to get with everything else that's happening here).

The ISP that 3DLuVr is co-located at is closing down. This came to me so sudden and with such a short notice that I can't even gather my thoughts yet. A friend told me this on the night between 7th and 8th, and the ISP is closing on the 13th.
I didn't even get an email myself, but a friend pasted it to me in ICQ. This means I'm left out in cold (and dark) to find another home for 3DLuVr servers in a matter of days.

All in all, I have spent vast man-hours in the past four years creating and building this (and two other) communities up from the ground, and many people have learnt to depend on them now. There are many artists hosted on this server - over 100, and there are many visitors who come here for information, inspiration, contests, or just to surf on a daily basis.
If this server goes down, alot of great artists will lose their home on the web, communities will be broken apart, while everyone will lose a place to hang out, read some good articles or view some great artwork.

Please don't let this happen !

What I need is some room for two midtower servers, 2 network jacks (100mbit), a fast connection (44Mbit+), 5 IPs (forward and reverse setup), and you to turn the head the other way and not get a heart attack when you see server's
bandwidth/transfer usage. (avg. 15GB/day just on the httpd, and going up)

If you are in a position to provide me with a new home, it will save this community from disappearing and preserve all the hard work that has been put into it.
Ultimatelly, the best thing to happen would be if you are located in Toronto (where I and my servers are) and are (or know of) an ISP/Company willing to sponsor 3DLuVr with a Net connection.

There isn't much time left, and I will work to find a new home for 3DLuVr, but I'm also making this plea to the community to help me out continue providing community service free of charge...

Thank You,

Pedja Ljubomirovic,
