BOXX Unveils New 3DBOXX Workstations at SIGGRAPH 2002, featuring Intel Pentium 4 and AMD XP processors and NVIDIA Quadro4 graphics

Award-Winning High-Performance System Technology Now Available in New E and H Series of Single Processor Workstations

SIGGRAPH 2002-San Antonio, TX - July 23, 2002 - BOXX Technologies, a leading developer and manufacturer of award-winning digital content creation systems for the entertainment and digital film industries announced today the 3DBOXX E and H series of high-performance workstations featuring popular AMD Athlon and Intel Pentium processors in single processor configurations.

BOXX (booth #19078) will be demonstrating the 3DBOXX and RenderBOXX with 3ds max, combustion, Maya and Softimage at SIGGRAPH 2002 in San Antonio, July 23-25, 2002.

"We've built a reputation for designing high-performance workstations that meet the needs of our digital content customers," says Tim Lawrence, Director of Technology at BOXX. "But many software programs can't take advantage of multi-processor configurations, which is why we are introducing the 3DBOXX E and H series workstations. These workstations are ideally suited for artists looking for a powerful, cost-effective workstation that doesn't need a multi-processor workstation to be productive."

3DBOXX E and H series of high-performance workstations offer powerful system architecture and advanced accelerated graphics capabilities. Available in both AMD Athlon and Intel Pentium processor configurations running Microsoft Windows or Linux operating systems, 3DBOXX is optimized for the leading design, modeling and animation applications including Maya, 3ds max, SoftImage and LightWave 3D.
