Maxon has announced immediate availability of a Student Version of their Cinema 4D Release 8 package, specially priced for students and teachers. The package includes full-strength Cinema 4D XL Bundle with a special student license agreement (non-profit educational license similar to other vendors), and an electronic (PDF) version of the User manual, while a printed manual can be obtain for s little bit extra cost.
To qualify for this Student Version you need a proof of a full-time student status (a scan of your Student ID for example). All other details including ordering are available on Maxon's website.
The pricing was not available on their website, but can be obtained by calling Maxon directly, or one of their international distributors.
