Ladd Ehlinger of ResPower sent a word about their Automated Internet Render Farm that they have created. It is fully automated and instead of calling them to outsource rendering, 3d animators simply sign on and manage render jobs (sort of like an online network printer).
The automation is for Lightwave and Maya, while they still manually accept 3D Studio Max, Bryce, and After Effects requests.
