Lesson 1 - Introduction to Painter Classic
Added on: Sun May 28 2000
Page: 1 2 4 5 6

Brush Category (cont.)

Felt pensSimulates different Felt pens. This tool is (very) multiplying.Like the Pencils this tool can be used to add dark details.
BrushNice natural look. Stroke looks like the brush is made of hair. Variants include different 'hair' size and dryness of the paint. If you want an oil paint check this tool, it is nice. A bit hard to control though.
ArtistStrange tool. The example image speaks for it self. Not too useful though. Seurat variant can be nice for creating color variation on ie. human skin.
Water colorNeat watercolor effect. The paint have to be 'dryed' from the Canvas menu before you can use other tools together with Water colors.Hard to use for anything else than Water color simulation.
Image hosePlaces images where you paint. Choose image from the Nozzle sub-palette in the Art material palette. This is cheating :-)
