
In this short tutorial, I would like to show a simple way of rigging a lower
part of the face
and adding reusable weights to control and separate lips bones.

I have positioned some bones to roughly mimic skull structure |

4.create-muscle bones for lips |

Upper lips bones are parented to the head upper bone, and lower lips bones -
to "head lower" bone. I used "head lower" bone to move the whole jaw of the character. Corner lips bones are parented to upper structure too, so they dont follow the jaw when its opening. I animate them separately to compensate deformation or add smile and sadness emotions. |
