Joe Alter has released the powerful "Shave and a Haircut" plugin for Maya.
Key features comprise 3D motion blur, combing, dynamics, extensive texturing and shading abilities and more.
S&H has been previously made available for Maxon's Cinema 4D, as well. A version for 3ds max is currently under development by Splutterfish LLC, the company behind the Brazil Rendering System.
You can download a 15-day-trial version of "Shave and a Haircut" for MAYA (Windows only) from Joe Alter's website.
