October 28, 2004 - Lifemode Interactive, the facial animation and lip-synching software developers, have signed a major deal with one of the UKs leading 3D graphics distributors Freehand, to distribute LifeStudio:HEAD 2.6 box versions.

Freehands Sales Manager, Gary Chalk said, We are delighted to be working with Lifemode Interactive. They have a very unique facial animation product that we are very pleased to be offering to all our customers.

Sales & Marketing Manager for Lifemode, Natalie Polikarpova added, This is another significant move for Lifemodes business strategy to work with the best resellers and distributors in the UK. Freehand have demonstrated to us that they have strong presence and a very good reputation in the 3D graphics markets.

LIFESTUDIO:HEAD 2.6, based on our original Macro-Muscles technology, contains an impressive set of tools including easy modeling, realistic texturing, automated lip-synch, and a comprehensive animation library. It also supports both export-import with 3ds Max and Maya packages.

LIFESTUDIO:HEAD 2.6 is intended for games, multimedia products, animation movies, TV graphics, business presentations, interactive help systems, education programmes and an assortment of character-based web projects. You can now download a free demo version at www.lifemi.com.

Recent game projects include Firefly Studios Stronghold 2 being published by Global Star Software (Take-Two Interactive) next year and JoWood/Nivals Silent Storm.

Lifemode will be also participating at the 3D Graphics exhibition CGI Festival 2004 in Leeds on November 9-10 at the Royal Armouries Museum, where they will be demonstrating LIFESTUDIO:HEAD 2.6, and welcomes all visitors to their booth No. 4 to see their latest technology.
