Sensbachtal, Germany - Sept 6th, 2004 - Sachform Technology is pleased to announce the release of Urbanbase, a collection of High-Res texture maps in HDR-format (High Dynamic Range Image).
With their new product Urbanbase, Sachform Technology again pushes the limits of quality/price-relation and product comprehensiveness. The main focus of the Urbanbase was to produce architectural city based settings.
- 40 different sets (*.hdr + *.tif)
- resolution of 4000x2000 pixels
- color, mono + blurry version of each set (->120 HDRIs)
- all HDRIs are full spherical panorama images
- easy-to-use database interface
- HDR + LDR version enclosed
- HDRIview V1.0 (WIN) enclosed
The Urbanbase marks the beginning of a new product family. Only pictures of the highest quality where choosen and combined with the CD- interface. This way, Urbanbase is extremely easy to view and use.
Urbanbase means a significantly enhanced reproduction quality and resolution, which was reached through the use of innovative technology. Each of the 40 HDR-images is enclosed in 3 different HDR- and 2 different LDR- variations.
Especially the seamless blurry versions are unique. Seamlessly is especially important here to ensure Highest quality within difficult lighting situations. Last but not least, a full version of HDRIview V1.0 (Win) is enclosed within the product. HDRIview is the worldwide unique realtime and panoramic HDR-Viewing application developed by PixelLight for Sachform Technology.
