NVIDIA to Ship New GeForce FX GPUs

Santa Clara, CA - Oct. 23, 2003 - NVIDIA Corporation announced that the company's new NVIDIA GeForce FX 5700 Ultra and GeForce FX 5950 Ultra graphics processing units (GPUs) are available beginning October 26th, 2003-from leading add-in-card and PC partners worldwide.

"The simultaneous introduction and availability of the GeForce FX 5700 Ultra and GeForce FX 5950 Ultra is an unprecedented achievement in the graphics industry," said Jeff Fisher executive vice president of worldwide sales at NVIDIA. "With the GeForce FX 5950 Ultra, GeForce FX 5700 Ultra, and the GeForce FX 5200 Ultra, NVIDIA has the premier GPU in every product segment, just in time for holiday shopping."

Leading PC providers, who have turned to the NVIDIA GeForce FX product family to drive their customer's cinematic computing experiences, include: ABS PC, Alienware, Falcon Northwest, Hewlett-Packard, Polywell Computers, Velocity Micro, and VoodooPC.
